Buns Of Envy Workout (BeFiT) review

Hello, 
Yesterday I tried  new workout for butt and i think it's great. I found it on BeFiT youtube channel. The workout is called "Buns of Envy Workout". It's not too complicated. The instructor is pretty, she has a great body and she is pretty motivating. I wasn't able to do all the reps but today I'll try again and hopefully i will do the whole video. So if you want to have a buns of envy ;) it's a great work out for you.

Chicken Salad Recipe

Chicken Salad 


Salad:
100g Iceberg Lettuce (15 kcal)
100g Tomato (15 kcal)
50g Cucumber (5 kcal)
100g Chicken (100 kcal)
Spoon of Olive Oil (50 kcal)
Spieces (5 kcal)


Dressing:
40 g. Low Fat Yogurt (25 kcal)
Greek Garlic Spieces (5 kcal)


Total : 220 kcal 

Chicken
Step 1: Put the chopped chicken in a ovenware and mix with olive oil and spieces of your choosing (I used special chicken mix).
Step 2: Cover with aluminium foil. Make small holes with a fork. 
Step 3:Bake in preheated oven (355*F, 180*C) for 20-40 min. (You just need to check once in a while if it's cooked well)

Salad
Step 1: Chop the lettuce, tomato and cucamber. 
Step 2: Mix the yogurt with spieces. (i bought ready mix, if you wan't to make the dressing yourself you can add chopped garlic, salt and pepper)
Step 3:Add the  Chicken
Step 4: Mix the salad and the dressing well
Step 5: Enjoy! :)

Weightloss update and my new toys

Hello,

Today in the morning i weight myself and now i weight 65,5 kg (144,5 lbs)! So i lost 4,5 kg (about 12 lbs) :)
I really hope I'll be able to lose at least 5 kg this month. 
I'm eating less than 1000 kcal per day and I work out trying to burn about 1000 kcal. 
Now it is super easy to count how much calories I burned because I got an awesome present from my parents for my birthday! Its a heart rate monitor. It's a chest strap that measures your heart rate and sends information to a watch. The watch is pretty cool because it has a lot of options, but really the one i'm mostly interested in is HRM option. It shows how much calories and fat you burned. If you go to hard on yourself it has a light  to worn you and make you slow down a little bit. 
I honestly love it. Its so motivating to see that what i'm doing is actually working and that i'm burning all this fat!

Day 60!

Hello,
Today is day 60 of my final jurney. I have 40 more days to reach my goal of being thin. I only lost 2,5 kg past 40 days but i really hope i reached the point where i will loose the weight faster. I took a pictures before and now and i can see the difference what makes me thing that the muscules just got havier and that is why i din't loose as much weight as i wanted. Well now i'm going to try even harder and maybe it will work :)

Tuna Salad Recipe

Hello, 
So I'm eating with my meal plan and i feel great. For dinner i eat a salad. Today i had my salad with tuna and it was lovely so i decided to share my recipe with you :)

Tuna Salad 

Salad:
100g Iceberg Lettuce (14 kcal)
100g Tomato (15 kcal)
50g Cucumber (7 kcal)
50g Canned Tuna (50 kcal)

Dressing:
Spoon of Olive Oil (50 kcal)
Cold Water
Vinaigrette spices (10 kcal)

Total : 146 kcal 

Step 1: Chop the lettuce, tomato and cucamber. 
Step 2: Get rid of the sos from the can and sprinkle the tuna on the salad. 
Step 3: Mix spoon of olive oil with vinaigrette spieces (i bought a ready mix) and add as much water as you like. (I used 3 spoons) 
Step 4: Mix the salad and the dressing well
Step 5: Enjoy! :)

Routine



Hello, 
I have only 50 days to reach my goal - a great body. I'm not loosing weight as fast as i would like so i decided to make few changes.
 The biggest change is that i will eat almost the same meals 5 days a week. And in weekends i may change what i eat as long as its healthy and i have to keep my 1000 calorie limit. It will help me to keep my diet and not to debate with myself wether i can eat something or not. I want to lower my calorie intake even more especially that i'm not counting the calories from things i add to my beverages like honey, a little bit of shugar or milk. 
If after a week i will feel too weak i will eat more calories, but now i'm not even hungry eating about 1000 calorie per day. I just want to find something that works well for me. 

My new meal plan:

Breakfast: Vitta Cereal (30g or 40g - depends on a type) with 150 ml of 0.5% milk. Green Tea and Coffee (200 kcal) 

Lunch: Vegetable Juice and a fruit ( about 200 kcal)

Dinner : Salad with chicken/tuna/feta (about 200 kcal)

Supper : Vegetable (about 50 kcal)

Snacks (up to 100 kcal)

I hope it will work!

12 Minute Splits Strech Review


Hello, 
I wan't to be more flexible and to be able to do splits so i found this great video on youtube that is supposed to help me get there. The instructor is beautifull and adorable. It's not too hard for begginers like me but you can really feel the strech.
I did it after my work out so in the same time i cooled down. I tried to push myself but i was careful not to hurt myself, because my ankle in still not in perfect condition. 
I think this video is worth to try! I loved it and i'm going to do it after my work outs.

Day 40!

Hello,
Today is day 40 of my final jurney. I have 60 more days to reach my goal of being thin. My mother has the same kind of body and i know that when she looked the best her weight was 55 kg (121,25 lbs). If i will look like i want too when i'll weight more i'll stop then. 
Right now i weight 70 kg (154 lbs) if i want to weight 55 kg (121 lbs) in 60 days i need to loose about O.25 kg (0.5 lbs) per day. I think i can do it! 
Today I had a good day with my diet and work out and i hope that's how my next 59 days will look like too.

My story

Hello, 

There is few reasons why i started this blog. Since few months i'm trying to loose weight in a healthy way. I gave myself a dedline of 100 days, but i failed. So i started again, i gave myslelf 100 days to get the body i want. And i worked hard but I sprained my ankle what made everything much more difficult. But i decided to keep going. Because i don't want to fail again i want to share my journey with you. I think that it will be motivating.
Also because for years i have been trying to loose weight i have a lot of experience, even that i'm young. I know what works and what doesn't. At least for me. So I think it would be nice to share my knowladge with people. Maybe it will help at least few people to not make the same mistakes i made. 

I'm 18 but i started to think about diets when i was maybe 10. I know it's early but my older sister was overweight and I was always scared to end up like her. First it was just silly, eating carrots instead of sandwich or little things like that. Then at age 12 i discovered pro ana. I got sucked in this world and for around 4 years i was trying to get out. I never had diagnosed eating disorders but i know that my relationship with food was not healthy. But because of fighting with myself i was loosing and gaining weight in a matter of weeks. When i was 17 i stared to eat healthy and exercise and i was getting in a good path but then in a matter of few months i gained a lot of weight. I was just in a really bad emotional state. In the beggining of december i started to have a healthy relationship with food. Now i'm trying to keep a healthy diet and excersize. I still fail sometimes, but i'm just human.
Doctors say it's weird that i weight so much, because i eat less then other people and i always ate pretty healthy so its weird. I'm also anemic what makes working out and diet harder but i know how to do it to not hurt myself. 
Now i weight 70 kg (154 lbs) with my hight of 170 cm (5 feet 6 in) I'm not sure what my goal weight is. I just know how i want to look like and thats when i'll stop. I have time till 1st of July.
