So I'm eating with my meal plan and i feel great. For dinner i eat a salad. Today i had my salad with tuna and it was lovely so i decided to share my recipe with you :)
Tuna Salad
Salad:
100g Iceberg Lettuce (14 kcal)
100g Tomato (15 kcal)
50g Cucumber (7 kcal)
50g Canned Tuna (50 kcal)
Dressing:
Spoon of Olive Oil (50 kcal)
Cold Water
Vinaigrette spices (10 kcal)
Total : 146 kcal
Step 1: Chop the lettuce, tomato and cucamber.
Step 2: Get rid of the sos from the can and sprinkle the tuna on the salad.
Step 3: Mix spoon of olive oil with vinaigrette spieces (i bought a ready mix) and add as much water as you like. (I used 3 spoons)
Step 4: Mix the salad and the dressing well
Step 5: Enjoy! :)
