Chicken Salad Recipe

Chicken Salad 


Salad:
100g Iceberg Lettuce (15 kcal)
100g Tomato (15 kcal)
50g Cucumber (5 kcal)
100g Chicken (100 kcal)
Spoon of Olive Oil (50 kcal)
Spieces (5 kcal)


Dressing:
40 g. Low Fat Yogurt (25 kcal)
Greek Garlic Spieces (5 kcal)


Total : 220 kcal 

Chicken
Step 1: Put the chopped chicken in a ovenware and mix with olive oil and spieces of your choosing (I used special chicken mix).
Step 2: Cover with aluminium foil. Make small holes with a fork. 
Step 3:Bake in preheated oven (355*F, 180*C) for 20-40 min. (You just need to check once in a while if it's cooked well)

Salad
Step 1: Chop the lettuce, tomato and cucamber. 
Step 2: Mix the yogurt with spieces. (i bought ready mix, if you wan't to make the dressing yourself you can add chopped garlic, salt and pepper)
Step 3:Add the  Chicken
Step 4: Mix the salad and the dressing well
Step 5: Enjoy! :)
